One from seaweed. They sent a couple of cases to the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 'on a lark'. Seem their other Gin took a silver medal, while this lark won them a double gold medal. It is now so popular they cannot make enough. I love stories like that. It's brilliant. 2 5

You are open and honest. You get mad, you get silly, you don't beat around the bush..you just tell it like it is. If you ever want to co-teach a PhD level class in sarcastic wit, just let me know. Now go write. 😜 I hope you have a rheally good day. 2 4
Popular Post Fae Briona Posted July 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted July 10, 2020 We have a chance of rain this morning, which is great because it's our last real chance for the next 20+ days; on the other hand it's making the joints ache. Hope everyone has a great day. I know I've been reacting to posts, but not responding recently; it's been a long and crazy week. 7 1

I went for a walk around 9 this morning. It was sunny, but with a cool breeze for the most part. It helps that I’m closer to the lake than I used to be. Though in cold weather, it’s a bit of the opposite, so I’d walk in the opposite direction. Speaking of hot, it is supposed to get more so as the day progresses, so I’m off to do a bit of weeding - just spot weeding now - while there’s still shade. See you laterz. *waves* 6

He had no sense of humor at all and did not appreciate me quoting chapter and verse to negate everything he tried to throw at me. No, i walked away after being on the street for a couple of years, after having men do what they wanted to me, including breaking my jaw when i said no to something they wanted me to do. After that i decided that my Father in heaven couldn't be much of a father, if He also allowed these things to happen to his children. Yet, i can remember standing beside my mom and listening to her sing Abide With Me. And the other people greeting us as friends weekly. Those things i remember. Those things are good. The Church ... well all of the man made religions are filled with drones who serve a Master who does not exist. He is a ghost in many forms who has controlled people for many years for the benefit of very few. So many have died in the name of these religions, more continue to, and will today, and sadly tomorrow. 2 3 2

Kitt Posted July 10, 2020 Posted July 10, 2020 Ok, TS Fay can give it up now, I am home for the day and have no further need to venture forth. I swear my hair was drier when I stepped out of the shower this morning than it was when I got home! 2 3

It took me years to realize that god is a fantasy created by man to explain things they didnt understand. I read a lot on the pros and cons and although I can't remember where I saw it, one of the best arguments I came across basically said that there are so many beliefs and doctrines out there and they can't all be right. But they can all be wrong. 2 1
