Sis you really don't understand Texas, it's not just a matter of "too hot" it's  that the weather is bipolar.  I can literally drive down the street in my neighborhood and the weather will be lightly sprinkling and then a massive rain storm by the time I get to my house, it takes less than 30 seconds. My house is only  halfway down the street

Mmmmmm yum… I spoilt myself and picked up a fillet of snapper while I was shopping. It was cooked over a bed of veggies wrapped in foil so it steams together. It tasted so good.
