Bloodlines is the eighth story in the CAP saga. It starts in 1998, and introduces a new character, Matt Carrswold. Matt is from a wealthy family in Shaker Heights, is a hockey player, and an excellent student. His world is about to be turned upside down.

Book Two of The Last Statue follows on from Heart of Black Ice Bay and traces the lives of five new characters across roughly similar timelines.

• Tad, a menial in Aulderly, stumbles upon the missing Lore of Invocation;
• Brokerman has to help deal with an emerald explosion that rips through the grounds of the Aulderly;
• Duke Ervine holds together a fragmented empire while a new ruler is being agreed upon.

This story is about Kyle Matthew Remington and Blu Sky Waters, who come different backgrounds and very different upbringings. Join us for the ride as both boys discover who they are, and see how they get to the promised land.
