Known to them as Simon, he learned the true meaning of All Hallows Eve as they celebrated the Day of the Dead and remembered the son they’d lost in Afghanistan. In the end, J.J. learned that his suspicion of having a guardian angel was true.

This is my attempt to redeem the terrible and tragic ending of the series finale (15×20) of Supernatural by continuing the story into the next season, as an epilogue. My story seeks to save Dean, rescue Castiel from the Empty, check in on Chuck as a human, reunite Dean and Cas, and give Sam and Dean the happy ending they should have had. Destiel shall be canon.
