Knowing the Difference

Facebook has always been a pain to me. I only keep my account open because of family, nothing else. But, how do you know you're in a good place? I'll tell you.   I find myself worrying about friends on here during the day, hoping they are ok. Did they get their job? Has their relationship gotten better? Are their health issues being resolved? Are they just ok? When you join a group of people, you keep an open mind, and an open heart. GA does that for me. It's not stress worrying about you all.

Story update and my thoughts about Kansas' gay Jim Crow law

Very Garlicky Garlic Butter

This is super easy! All you need is fresh garlic, butter and a little bit of parsley (fresh is better, but dried is just fine).     Ingredients:   50 g butter 1 clove of garlic 1 tsp chopped or dried parsley   1. Soften the butter. If you use a spreadable butter that's part cooking oil you can skip this step, but don't use milk free butter replacements if you can help it; they tend not to melt as nicely on the bread.   2. Press the garlic in a garlic press and add it to the butter.

As many already know, 2013 hit me and my family hard. It made it difficult to do much writing and I did the one thing I hate doing, I put some "In Progress" stories on hold. Writing, Musing, and Valentine's Day

Scotland nearer to independence

It seems increasingly likely Scotland will vote for independence in September and become a separate nation state. Most people in England and Wales don't seem too bothered at the moment. Maybe that will change between now and September's ballot. Why I'm Not Patriotic

I Felt Guilty For Having A Future Because My Friend Doesn't
