Let it Go by Sid Love My rating: 4 of 5 stars   For me, Let it Go, ranks 3.75 stars. The writing is generally smooth, and the slang terms were kept separate for the different nationalities, which I know is tricky when you're writing a foreign character. My Bloody Valentine!

This past October, I had the best time working in a haunted house. It was a big production, professional make-up, costumes, blood and gore with strobe lights and fog. Considering something I haven't done in forever

Oh, how I love my technology

After having to live without my tablet for a week, I'm realizing just how much I really, really love it. 2014 - A Year in Review

It has been some time since I last blogged anything. The last time was about the stress due to the sale of the place where I worked. That has ended as on February 27, 2014, I took my money and ran. I retired from working with the County. Ironically, the sale took place a few days later. Do I miss the place? Not at all.   WARINNG. A Look Back on 2014

Reflecting on 2014

It's a new year, so I guess it's time to look back on the old one.   For me, the dominant theme was my continued grief process into accepting Steve's death. It wasn't every day, like the end of 2013 was, but there were moments where things would just flare up every month or every two/three months.
