    Summer Resolutions, Anyone?

I'm still here

This might be the longest I've ever gone without an entry. I've been having computer problems like crazy, and also not a whole lot of time to spend online. Plus there's the whole dialup/tying up the phone line thing. I had my mom talked into DSL and then it turned out it's not available here. Why'd I have to think of that?

Pocketbook Activism

Here's an Idea:   A lot of people don't know how many GLBT people there really are. Many of our brothers and sisters are shamed or intimidated into staying in the closet. He's so cute when he's asleep

The "other" kittens

Just another manic Monday

Well, I expected today (Monday morning here in Taiwan) to be yet another day from hell, but it actually wasn't. I got everything I needed to do completed in only two hours (including commute time), which included picking up my scholarship money, stopping by the Chinese department office to make sure my thesis wasn't missing anything before I took it to the printer, then off to the Computing & Networking Center to get my account # and password so I can upload my thesis onto the school library

So many changes

Wow....I'm not sure if I should be imtimidated or happy. I got on the site today and I noticed a bunch of new stuff. It looks great, and I'm sure it's going to help out a lot. Hehe, I was naughty...

Okay, so you guys know how my mom is always such a gay basher. Well today we had it on MTV while we ate and "Next" came on and it happened to be a lesbian version, and my mom just started spazzing out, how she thought it was so disgusting and freaky. TOTALLY Psyched!

Okay, so last summer our outdoor pool was closed for the entire summer cuz they were tearing down the old pool and building a brand new one . This one is equipped with 4 slides, one of which is an intertube slide, a lazy river, like 3 pools, a diving board and everything. So anyway, tomorrow is the great unvailing of the past year's work and I'm psyched because the pool is gonna be sweet, and mostly because...HOT GUYS SHIRTLESS IN SWIMMING TRUNKS!!!     OMG I'm soooooo excited!!!

Prenup? WTF?

You know what the best part of summer vacation is? I don't have to get dressed until like 5 in the afternoon, when my sister comes home from her job . I'm basically wandering around naked all the time .   You know what the worst part of summer vacation is? I have nothing to do except sit around and watch tv. I survived the day from hell! =)

I'd been totally lazy for the past few days, but that all changed today. This morning, I had to go to the hospital to get a refill on my sleeping medication prescription (they don't have normal pharmacies here like in the States, so you have to go to the hospital or clinic where you see your doctor to get any medications, which is kind of inconvenient), then I stopped by work to have one of my co-workers convert the .doc file of my M.A. thesis into .pdf format, and it WORKED! I woke up at 7 am and got dressed and followed Rich and his broken car to the mechanics where he dropped it off to have the transmission rebuilt, and they said we could pick it up two weeks from now and $1000 later Then I drove him to work and he was actually early for the first time in forever Drove home, packed up the box to send to Davey and Chris for my darlin's birthday! I LOVE My Life!
