He's not Japanese, he's Korean, and he is in a boy band, and Cym is right, it's Lee Taemin.

He is European, but became famous after his family moved to the US.

He was more well known as a child than he is now, but he did have a movie role in 2012.  This is also a fairly current pic.

Hey, that's the kid who makes the fries at burger king!  He became famous for eating a large order in under 10 seconds.

When pictures of him as a child first came out it, it led to all sorts of allegations that his father was feeding him steroids - though as far as I know this has never been proven.
