Not exactly "good news",  but the golden retriever in this video knows that winning isn't the most important thing in life.

That was hilarious! A dog that knows that food and fun are just as important in life as other things... :P

I'm glad you liked it Graeme.

I am also glad you started this thread because now I'm always looking for the good news" that is out there...so much better than the "bad news".

Bad news is easy to find. Good news doesn't have the publicity agents that bad news has, so we have to do what we can... :D

That video is great. I started laughing as soon as the Golden got started.

I don't have a dog myself, but I walk daily with a a couple of dog walkers and one of them has a golden and the dog would act like that. In the summer time, it's difficult to get past the ball diamonds. If the dog sees a forgotten ball laying in the field, she'll drag her owner out to get it.

When Laszlo Horvath, a 15 year old on Hungary's Under 16 hockey team stepped up to sing the Hungarian anthem at the opening ceremonies of the Kamloops International Bantam Ice Hockey Tournament after a technical failure left the arena without a stereo, he became a youtube sensation and a hero in his native Hungary. This is what happened in the days that followed while Laszlo and his teammates were still in Kamloops, BC, Canada.

Do you stay up late playing video games? Ethan did. The result? He saved lives.

Of note, this will be my 3000th post so I decided to celebrate this milestone with some good news! :)
