kbois Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 @mollyhousemouse I hope your Wednesday settled down and you had a good online class tonight. My meeting was just as boring as I feared. Plus, it went over by five minutes. Guess when the skies opened up?? Yup.. if it ended on time I wouldn't have gotten soaked getting to the car. My best friend called me tonight. I told her she had better be calling me from the hospital on her death bed. She forgot my birthday. I've never missed one of hers in all the years we've known each other. This was the 2nd time she missed mine. I let her know she was forgiven, but I will never forget. It's probably the best present she could've given me. Now I can play the "You forgot my birthday" card for the rest of our lives. 🤣🤣 I still love her though. There's not too much that could ever get in the way of our friendship. Have a good night y'all! 3

Mikiesboy Posted July 15, 2021 Author Posted July 15, 2021 Here is our first box of fruit and veg ... there is a huge (huge) romaine lettuce, 3 big tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 5 small avocados, 3 yellow peppers, about 4lbs of small potatoes and about 3lbs of clementine oranges. This was $18. 1.5lbs of clementines in our store is $4.99, as an example. A bag of small avos is $5. 5

Having said that what you describe sounds wonderful, tim, and you can’t beat that price. I’m delighted this service worked for you, tim. 3 3

Hope everyone up there is ok. The people in Barrie, ON are not so okay. Tornadoes are not that rare up here but mainly happen north of Toronto, where it's more open. Lots of damage to trees, homes/ property, minor injuries from what i read. From the pictures i've seen, it's a real mess. 4 3

Popular Post Wayne Gray Posted July 16, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 16, 2021 Happy Friday, everyone. I took today off work, and I'm enjoying being a real bum. Hahaha. Though, after heckling (mildly) the YouTube personal trainer I follow for the easy workout yesterday, I now have to force myself to work out today. Gotta back up trash talk by walking the walk. 😛 After I finish sweating, I'm gonna do some writing/editing. Maybe even check to see if the coffee shops are open ... I hope everybody is having a great day. 7
Popular Post mollyhousemouse Posted July 16, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 16, 2021 @Wayne Gray sounds like a wonderful day full of self care! i ended the day thusly: "We'd like to especially thank Molly for her tenacity. She never let us fall behind in gathering our documents and was always there to answer questions regarding same." and on that note i'm going to take a few minutes then think about dinner 8

Popular Post kbois Posted July 16, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 16, 2021 I came home from work and my son was cleaning his room. I mean, really cleaning, as in his floor is visible again. I'm pretty sure I'm in the Twilight Zone. My first coherent thought after getting over the shock was 'I wonder how much he's gonna hit me up for?' LOL. 1 6

When I do something unexpected, tim always asks where the pod is and what have I done with his real Husband. Such a lack of respect from that boy. 1 8
