Breathe right strips work well and does not damage my skin. Does leave a little adhesive residue occasionally but it washes off easily. Any of the bigger pharmacies carry em. I keep some in my "just in case" bag in the truck. Helpful when unexpected overnights find me without the c-pap

Thats what I just thought about, I might try those, see if they help.

This was a day I  don't want to ever experience again. Glad it's almost over.

Excuse me Good Sirs and DiC friends.

Wanted to stop in.
This has been a bad few days.

why is it you follow the rules get vaccinated, wear a mask and practice social distancing.

You still get Covid-19 just got home from testing positive.

You might know i live with my brother and he also has it.

Waiting to get into the Hospital to get that Regen-Cov shot.

How hard is it to wear a mask and get a blasted shot?

Hang in there, rick. All my best to you and your brother.

one cup of nuts cut up in under 5 minutes.

I like this trick. Thanks, tim.

I haven’t tried this myself, but here’s a trick for breaking up ground beef as you are frying it. Instead of using a fork use a potato masher. Mashing and twisting the masher in the beef is supposed to make it easier to break up the beef into smaller bits than using a fork.

@rickproehl Hope you and your brother are doing good.

Also, Justin and I are planning a quick trip to the Land of the Lost aka rural Eastern NC. Where the Civil War loss is still a painful remedy so you can imagine they are:

A> Not over the fraudulent election claims.

B> Think Covid is a hoax and that's even with family member dying from it.

C> Masks are infringement of their right to kill others if they want.

That being said the aunt I'm going to visit (she's 88) and the two surviving uncles (both in early 80s) are relatively normal people so none of the silliness with them. The worst part is my cousin Danny, not sure what happened to him but he's actually college educated, was a teacher for his career but still fills Facebook with all the right wing crazy fake news. I'm supposed to meet up with him tomorrow afternoon.

Just leaving at 3am, driving there and we'll spend Friday night in a hotel. Visit mostly with my aunt until it's around 9pm Saturday then come back home. Haven't seen any of them since the pandemic started.

Its a whole lot easier to smash in smaller pieces if the meat is fully cooked, IDK why but it is.

I was thinking maybe put them in a zip lock bag and take a rolling pin to them, IDK how good/bad that would be.  🤔🤔

I do that and it works fine. I also use the zip lock bag trick to shred chicken after it's done in the crockpot. Let it cool off, throw 3 or 4 pieces in the bag and use your hands to shred it through the bag. So much easier, less messy and quicker than shredding with a fork.

This week has been difficult. Next week I already know will be stressful as the owner of the property will be here. He's a force of nature equivalent to a cat 5 hurricane. Nice guy..... just a lot to deal with. I'll also be dealing with pissed off residents batching because their lot rent is going up. Not looking forward to it.

Hopefully you all have a good day.

I do this but use a cast iron skillet instead of a rolling pin. Good for frustration relief and a mini arm workout all in one. 😁

Not long after I started working in the office @ the barn, but befor I took over the day to day, boss used to split the board bill as part was taxable, and part not. The governor at the time changed the tax base resulting in taxes applying to the full cost. Naturally that resulted in customers paying more.

Do you think I could get it through their heads we did not raise the price? Customer after customer I would go through the bill line by line and explain it was the change in taxes just passed that resulted in them paying more. One particularly disagreeable woman got up in my face demanding I "change it back".
