Honestly, does anything really beat a good old fashioned love story???  I don't believe so.

Excellent idea to provide such lists. Do you guys have social media accounts where you could post such tops, maybe with short summaries for stories? Maybe that would draw in more readers from outside the site. Just a thought, and forgive my ignorance if you already have such things in place.

They hide your post or don't put it in feeds.  So the minimum you get is not worth the work required to get it. 

Better to focus limited resources on site. 

We also emailed people that have the newsletter toggled and interest set for Romance or everything. I think about 2000 people got the email. 

The emails are an awesome tool for readers. 

This is an awesome reading list. Have read quite a few of the stories listed here and have never been disappointed. Thank you for providing quite the variety of stories and authors❣️

I'm definitely having a 'kid in a candy store' moment like man of you. I haven't read most of these, but I agree that the lis is a good way to point people in the right direction. I'd be down to check some of these out when I get a chance and spread the word about them to my readers too. Could be fun!

I've had this problem before, and it's one reason I don't come back to the site unless by accident I've found a story Ithat absorbs me, and then I get emails with hte next installment. But getting started on a new story has pitfalls that you may not know are there if you are a frequent visitor and remember the way back..... I can't remember the trick of it.

 

This must be a problem for other  potential readers... COuld you fix it? Imagine you've never visited the site before and are looking for a story that will make you feel less alone. Very discouraging. Happy new year to you, too.
