So I bought a laser pointer today for the cats...   I expected Joker to go nuts over it because he loves chasing sunspots.  Well, he likes it but doesn't go crazy over it.  Knight on the other hand... I've created a monster

Sigh... I was planning a visit to Darwin but then the world changed... holiday plans thrown out the window...

On the other hand I still have a job (with pay cut/purchased leave/10% less each fortnight), and can plan holidays for when we reopen. Tropics was my earlier (winter) plan, now I might be looking elsewhere. Plenty of good places here

He thinks I'm never supposed to stop...   He didn't even want his treats tonight because he wanted the red dot instead

Counting down the hours left... Friday lunch time here... eating my Thai Green Curry  and talking about restaurants we miss and how we used to go out to the pub for lunch or after work

Apart from constantly looking at the clock, I'm doing ok

Friday means @Marty's photo later   I have broccoli cheese soup simmering away at the stove.  I need to go to the store to buy one more ingredient, then I plan on making a pumpkin crumble cake this weekend.  I can't wait to see how it turns out.

I decided to put the macro lens on TN and take some close ups...

So my 26th (out of 52) monochrome shot this week is a close up of a calendula flower that has gone to seed.
