Mikiesboy Posted June 29 Author Posted June 29 Finally made lentil patties (vegetarian because i put an egg in). Had a couple for lunch with some cucumber in sour cream. They were good and just what i wanted. Then had a kiwi and a few cherries. This kinda stuff i can happily eat all the time. 1 4

Mikiesboy Posted June 29 Author Posted June 29 okay.. i know i'm annoying but oh well... so the lentil patties .. cost about $4.00 to make i got 9 not tiny ones from 2 - 19oz cans of lentils. Michael and i had 1.5 of them for lunch today. He liked them. That's not too shabby. You could cook your own lentils and then make them of course. I'm having some for dinner tonight while Michael eats pork chops. I'll partake of the veggies and potatoes as well.. I'll leave you all alone now.. lol. 4 1

Garage door is still belly up, and the hubs just has to put the closer on the door when he has time. My son started listing everything that had been replaced during dinner tonight. I told him to hush, the other appliances were listening. I'm currently listening to my mother-in-law talk to a friend of hers on the phone and is telling her that her granddaughter is getting married in Canada. She's getting married in upstate New York. 🤷♀️ 5 1

Ripley was 17lbs of ornery even though he was mostly poodle. He was a little sh*t head. Haha. He used to drag around Michael's giant shoes. And he broke out of his crate..bent the bars. I could not bend them and Michael tried and couldn't either. Needless to say, we didn't put him back in there. I don't think we'll get another dog...i'm a good enough source of trouble and aggravation. 7

Mikiesboy Posted June 30 Author Posted June 30 Well, happy Tuesday. My dentist's office called yesterday to confirm my appointment on Thursday. My dentist's office called ten minutes ago to tell me my dentist has decided to take a VERY long weekend so my appointment now is on Tuesday at 11:30am. I think the weather here has scared people off. For some reason they rather go up to the cottage or sit by the lake or a pool rather than work during our little heat wave. I'm good with that, I didn't want to go over there either. It means longer with this tooth issue but oh well. Have a good day folks.. “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it.” —Michael Jordan (born 1963) retired professional basketball player, businessman 5
