    We had an interesting discussion last week with the Weekly Wrap Up. I see the weather has broke in some places and yet others is getting worse 😮  Up here in Canada, it is so hot and dry we are burning up. 'Tis the season, Girl Scout cookies are out and it's time for some serious money exchanging and pigging out on Thin Mints, which have to be the most cost effective cookie in the collection. "i Had A Dream I Kidnapped You And Kept You Forever" In Another Medium

Awhile back, I wrote a story about a scary occurrence that happened to my friend Jack. Updates On Writing And Some Stuff

0's and 1's is coming back soon!   I have been busy for the last two months between a trip to Vegas and some other stuff at work, but I am back into writing Book 2. Currently I have 2 opening pieces edited and ready, but I want to give myself at least 8 chapters lead time just like Book 1, which worked well.   It will be a scheduled release of 1 chapter a week, with an occasional special like Memorial day or July 4th Independence Day.   As for other projects, I had an interesting thought t

Is This The End?

I knew I was jeopardizing my creative abilities by increasing the amount of Depakote I take to stabilize my mental state and, happily, I am now stabilized and do not fear having a misstep leading to a fatal plunge into nothingness. Pretty In Pink 30Th Anniversary

Sorry For The Delay...

Sorry about missing a posting last week for Falling Apart. I hope you will understand that it was a very trying week last week as my brother-in-law (my husband's younger brother) died of a heartattack. It was sudden and very unexpected and left us all reeling. I was in GA (as some of you might already know from my status update) for most of last week for the funeral. It's only been just over a week on 1500 mg of Depakote and that old, familiar feeling has come back. Super Bowl L Impressions

The hoopla the NFL concocts around the championship game saved the day. The contest itself was mediocre. An overconfident young quarterback was hammered in a way he hadn't been all year, by the end you could tell he had given up. Some times we have take decisions which will more effect us than others. Completing My First Story

Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:   3 eggs 1 C Lard 2 C Sugar 2 C Zucchini (shredded) 3 t. Vanilla 3 t. Cinnamon 1 t. Salt 1 t. Baking Soda 1/4 t. Baking Powder 3 C Flour   Directions:   Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix together eggs, sugar, lard, and vanilla Mix in cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder Add in zucchini and mix well Thoroughly mix in flour and pour into loaf pans sprayed with non-stick spray Bake at 400 for 45-55 minutes. Makes two loaves.
