In fact, you have so many Halloween decorations that you can't even enter your house due to the giant Hello Kitty that takes up your entire front lawn and the horde of zombie Peanuts occupying your back yard.  Your neighbors complain about your decorations being a neighborhood nuisance, so you're cited for unsafe living conditions, eventually leading to your house being condemned.

Granted, but in order to unlock the new area, you are given an escort quest. The NPC moves faster than your walking speed, slower than your running speed, and routinely repeats himself with annoying dialogue while constantly complaining about how slow you're moving. 

 

I wish there were more things to do around here

Granted, there are now hundreds of things to do, but now every moment is taken up with work, sleep, house hold chores, and animal sitting.

You’re unable to go to the store without being nagged in every aisle by the people you encounter that want to know how you feel, for instance, about mayo versus miracle whip.

Done!  Unfortunately, I don't have to corrupt this wish, since COVID has taken care of that for me.  You're no longer socially awkward, but there's nowhere to go to actually socialize.
