I prefer a mild flavor, over a very strong 'in your breath" flavor. At one time I worked with an immigrant man who was from 'the old country', who ate a cooked garlic bulb every day. When he would sweat, you could smell him coming from quite a distance away! Unfortunately our factory work area was known as the hot room!  🤢 Thankfully it was only a summer job;

Had fun using the Smart Finish feature on the air fryer. Kinda neat to put stuff in both baskets that need to finish at the same time but cook at diff temps and times.  I did fish in one and sweet potato fries in the other. Very neat how that worked.

Had a Saturday appointment for Lab work. Decided afterwards to go flea marketing.  Imagine my disappointment that places that have been around since before my birth, are now rental apartments.

Still in Florida huh? That totally fits. The amount of residential building they've been doing the past few years is insane. Part of the reason I left.

Yeah, I'm still in Tampa. Haven't moved to Brazil yet to be with my Baby Boy. But by the gods, I will be going down there soon.

@MichaelS36 was so so right when he told me to get rid of old oven even though it had started to work agin.  Guess what? Yep, died again on a Sunday morning just as I was going to cook roast potatoes…. New one should arrive v soon…. I hope.
