The last one was made with tomatillos instead of tomatoes (because we had them to use up), peaches for a bit of sweetness, apple cider vinegar, and some other witchcraft I don't know about. It didn't last long. We destroyed six pints of it and mourned the two we gave away to friends. LOL 5 2
