I’m glad we caught Greg, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Dan with him.

Last night was a disaster. Paul was almost manic with fear. I was proud that he didn’t collapse. Instead he held it together until we got back to the lodge. Once there, he broke down and cried. He was still aware of me, so he hadn’t retreated again. I just held him until he eventually fell asleep.

I was half-afraid that Greg and Dan would show up to watch the third Star Wars movie, and I was prepared to tell them to go away, but I’m glad I didn’t have to. They stayed away and let me deal with Paul.

I don’t know what they are thinking happened, and I still haven’t come up with any plausible sounding excuse. All I can hope is that they don’t ask....
