This isn’t too bad a place. It definitely has a country feel to it, but I like that. Shane took me to a hotel in the city once, and it was very flash but it lacked the homey touch that I can see here.

I’ll admit that this has been an excellent idea. Getting off the mountain, and to a place where we can just relax and be ourselves, is going to make a big difference to our relationship. Greg and I will be able to talk about all the important things that we just couldn’t do up at Falls Creek.

I’ve always felt that it’s like a different world up there, and some things just don’t seem real until I’m away. I’m now away and it’s time Greg and I start dealing with the things that matter.

The first one of which is dinner. I’m starving....
