Falls Creek Lessons - Links - 67. Chapter 67

[Chris Everington]

For a moment, I was worried about what was going on.

Firstly, I was surprised that Greg came down so hard on Diane. He was right, but he didn’t pull any punches in pointing out how unreasonable she was being.

But then he sounded like he was going homophobic again. Paul told me last night about his suspicions on Greg’s past. While what Greg said was pretty mild, compared to the abuse that’s been leveled at me in the past, it seemed a sign that he was still disturbed about something.

I’m glad it was just a ploy to throw Diane off balance.

If he finds out that Dan’s gay, I don’t want him to go off the deep end. Despite whatever it is that happened to him in the past, he shouldn’t assume all gay guys are scum. He’s been doing a great job coping with Paul and me, and I think that’s good.

As for Dan, I told Paul that he didn’t try anything last night, and it’s not like he’s going to get a chance today. Paul doesn’t need to worry about it. Greg wasn’t hurt and he’s not going to get hurt.
