I need time to think, and Rob isn’t giving it to me. I can’t be more obvious than simply ignoring him, but he’s not taking the hint.

I don’t want to give up on our relationship, but I need to work out what it is that I need Rob to commit to. A simple “us” is obviously not enough for him. I need to spell out what’s acceptable and what’s not. But before I can do that, I need to work it out for myself. That is going to take time.
