Falls Creek Lessons - Links - 54. Chapter 54

[Chris Everington]

After a nervous start, I’ve decided that Dan is a cool guy. I now recognise that all he was doing previously was teasing Paul and me. He also has a great, if slightly wacky, sense of humour – the cocktails he ordered proved that.

I don’t understand how he and Greg met, but I’m glad they did. Dinner tonight has been exceptional. Greg’s a nice guy, but I don’t think the conversation would have been as spirited as it’s been, if it had just been him, as he seems a bit introverted at times. Dan’s really helped keep the talk going.

I know Dan suggested going to the wet jock competition thinking that, as gay guys, Paul and I would like to see it, but I’d be happy to pass it up for just continuing the conversation we’re having now. I’ve got Paul and I don’t really need to go looking at other guys for kicks. I’m sure Paul has the same opinion, but it was kind of Dan to suggest it, and I accepted the offer in the spirit that it was intended – an attempt to find something that he thought we’d like to do.
