Falls Creek Lessons - Links - 61. Chapter 61

[Rob Skitter]

Just when I thought my future was opening up and I could see what was coming, everything crashes down on me.

It’s as if I’m in the middle of a science fiction story, where I’ve been translated to an alternate Earth without realising it. Everything looks the same, but things are just not right. Diane is not the person she was yesterday afternoon. Gone is the fun loving girl I love and she’s been replaced by a cruel and bitter duplicate.

Am I on the same planet as I was yesterday?

Maybe Greg can tell me what is going on. But what do I ask him? Does his sister have a split personality? I can’t ask him that! Is there a simple explanation for what’s going on?

I’ve never felt so lost....
