Falls Creek Lessons - Links - 188. Chapter 188

[Chris Everington]

There is still tension between Dan and Paul, but most of it seems to be initiated by my boyfriend. Dan is taking it in his stride, as if it doesn’t matter.

I wonder how much is because of that Alexander guy. Dan told us all about him, and about how he’d lost all ability to trust as a result of the rape.

I didn’t say a word. Paul, and only Paul, has the right to tell his story. Dan mentioned what he believed had happened to my boyfriend, but neither of us confirmed or denied it. At that, Dan just nodded his head, and apologised! He told us that he shouldn’t have said anything, and as far as he was concerned, the topic was closed.

After that, we went skiing across to Ruined Castle. I’m glad Paul didn’t try to do moguls again – I don’t think my legs are up to that sort of punishment again.
