Lobster... yes. Lobster roll...no (I hate mayo)

Boston cream pie is ok if it has extra custard. 

New England knows how to do pizza and Chinese food. Good Mexican is harder to find though.

Connecticut style lobster rolls have no mayo. Warm lobster that's been tossed in butter and served on a toasted hot dog bun.

Ah yes... and hot dog buns split on the top the way nature intended. Why anyone thought a side split was a good idea is beyond me.

Thank you. We had Shanghai noodles with chicken, spicy orange chicken and beef with broccoli and tea.  It was very good. And enough leftover for dinner.

We went out for lunch that's what we had. I didn't cook that.

I did a seafood risotto yesterday and got distracted for 30 secs and burned the bottom.  The supposedly non stick pan goes in bin and off I go tomorrow to buy the best nonstick pan in Valencia!   Paco was polite and said he didn’t notice.  Cute 🥰

Don't buy non stick pans!  Cast iron, good stainless steel or the holy grail.. carbon steel.  All need a little special care but they can be made non stick.  I would kill anyone who tried to take my cast iron pans off me. I also have a small carbon steel pan that is wonderful.    Husbands are good at not noticing mistakes cuz they love you.

My roasting pans are all steel. Carbon steel….  Will investigate.  Thanks Tim

Was the source of your distraction a 4 legged one with a tail? Or was it two?  They do have a bit of a reputation for creating chaos...

I think Paco deserves a big reward for being so polite, don't you?

Probably. But lunch was a treat. We eat pretty simple stuff most of the time.

Truck is unloaded and it may be a tad bit selfish but I barely lifted a finger. I had nothing left in me after packing up 98% of the entire household, loading about 60% of it and driving 100% of roughly 1300 miles by myself. 

Hubby, son, and brother-in-law did the honors. Hubby only fell off the ramp once... banged up but no permanent damage to person or property... I did warn them all to be careful.

Same here! Mine were bought by my parents at least 75 years ago! They are heavy-duty, and I love using them❣️

Happy Tuesday!  It is also, World Photography Day!  Get out there and take some pics!   

For me, it is bread making day. I should have made it last week but it was just so darned hot! We bought a sourdough loaf to get us through and now the day has come for me to do some baking.    Two loaves, coming up!!
