    Summer Resolutions, Anyone?

    By Aditus

This year I’m going to clear out the shed. I’ll try this long hike someone recommended. I won’t sleep in every day.  I’ll eat healthy, all these yummy vegetables and fruit that are available now. I will finish the story that has been on hold for so long. Summer break starts on Monday, and I have a very long list. What about you? Maybe try to write a prompt story?   PT Prompt #352   Dale bought an ice cream maker, but vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry are just about that

The Halfway Point of My Paralegal Training

Holy crap, it's getting real now. So yeah, I just finished the 3rd module of my paralegal training with a 93 class average. (Open notebook testing but that doesn't make it as easy as you might think it would be.) I'm throwing myself full force into this, and seeing where things go. I'll be at graduation before I know it! Though ultimately defeated, they fou

Medicaid is how these people pay for their healthcare - everything from vaccinations to pregnancy care to emergency visits. Medicaid literally saves millions of lives from preventable deaths every year. The trump administration attempted to freeze all federal grants yesterday. And for a mom

Middles: Nuances and Distinctions

Ben's Bumblings- Entry 1/24/2025 Middles: Nuances and Distinctions Note: I am a novice level writer. Everything I say should be taken with a grain of salt or disregarded as I bumble my way around. This blog entry is dedicated to Nuances and Distinctions that I struggled with halfway into the writing of my first novel: Showing What Another Character Is Thinking While Being Limited to the Main Character’s Overall Point of View These are examples I gathered from the communi

Another year gone… Stand back, here comes a new year.

Hello my faithful followers. i hope that you had a happy and safe Christmas and enjoy the approaching New Year celebrations.
