That's downright balmy. Right now our "feels like" temperature is 106F (41C). This is mild compared to last summer.... we had 4 straight months of "feels like" temps of over 110F (43C) with very little rain which is unheard of for a Florida summer. At least this year we've had our normal rain almost every afternoon.

I would like to take this opportunity to withdrawal my previous assertion. Not because I'm scared, but it's not in the spirit of the competition as someone pointed out to me recently. That is all.

oh some guessed.. we just didn't post them because we'd just have to make stuff up .. i knew mine and someone i beta'd  for.  I guessed another three right. The  rest I had no idea about.

I was sure about two, Hide & Seek, I was right, Yacht Club, I was so wrong. The rest I didn't have clue. 

I'm so glad I never listed my picks in order of enjoyment. One of the least favorites, was one of my favorite authors. With the exception of @kbois, who I think everyone guessed, lots of writers seemed to change their styles. @Mikiesboy was a completely shock.

i don't know if that is good or bad..lol   😆   I didn't have to guess @kbois  since i read for her and stuff.  I did predict it would win though.  It's a great story.

I didn't even try to hide (pun intended) my writing style for this one. I had too much damn fun writing it. 

The ones I guessed right that I didn't post were yours, @Thirdly, @CassieQ, @quokka, and @Mark Arbour.

Mark's I knew right off the bat because he loves him some slutty twinks.. haha

 

Oops... just checked. I should've gone with my gut. I originally had Cassie down for Nox or Not and then changed it. Damn. So I ended up with four not counting mine and the two I edited.

I should have worded that better, it was not intended as a dig against anyone who participated in the SA anthology. Like other authors, I didn't post my guesses which I think is fair. In my private guesses I only got three right, not including my own story.

It wasn't an easy task to guess.  I'm not surprised @chris191070 being a winner because I think he reads everything.

Until this contest, you would have been correct. But I really tried to puzzle out who wrote what. In my real guesses, with the exception of the two I mentioned above, I was wrong 11 out of 12 times, at the last minute I managed to change mine around so I got the one I wrote correct, But I did read anything I could from the authors submitted.

I got lucky with my guesses, as I haven't read as much yet. But there were some that I had ignored my gut feeling on and if I listened to my first guess, I would have actually gotten correct.

You were more determined than I was. It was just too much work. LOL.  I was still editing the story I was posting, so that's my excuse. LOL
