Page Scrawler Posted September 29, 2025 Posted September 29, 2025 Well! Almost immediately after I fired off the new chapter, I added another one, which I had already loaded into the chamber. Seems it got approved in record time. So, I now have TWO new chapters available! 2 3

Also its not cold unless this happens: Yeah, I'm not buying that. Some of us are old enough to remember how much you've professed to hate having to wear shoes and/or socks in the past. Snow is fun. Until it's not. 🥶 1 2

We live on the n side which is v well protected. Still, it was two days of solid rain, red alert, shops and schools closed etc. It was 11 months to the day since last year’s tragic floods, so many people were v nervous. The evil pupsters do not care for rain….. 😱 2 4

I hope the weather guys have change of mind before that! ~ wonders how much it would cost to knit himself a cashmere sweater~ Mmm, no after a quick peek at some nice cashmere that is 50% new and 50% recycled the cost would be about $300.00. So, not a project for me at this time. Edited October 2, 2025 by Mikiesboy 2 3

They were the first real wave of amazing female teachers who broke through the glass ceiling. Terrifying, challenging, amazingly supportive, they taught me how to think and how to write. I was so lucky and privileged. 6

I never pay full price for clothes. Tomorrow I’ve been invited, with others, back to our old school where we taught/worked. I must cut a dash! 6

But i've never asked for such a thing. i don't even know what one feels like. He certainly doesn't wear them. He doesn't wear sweaters of any kind at all. When i say my Husband is hot, it's because he literally is Hot. He spends his non-at-work life in sleeveless shirts and shorts year round. i will be freezing and in layers and blankets but not Michael. He does dress nicely for work and when we're out but He is a furnace on legs. 2 3
Popular Post kbois Posted October 2, 2025 Popular Post Posted October 2, 2025 I put on a sweatshirt today for the first time since last winter when we had a week or two of 50 degree days. The only reason I wore one today was because I went to the indoor pool to do some water exercise and it was 53°F when I left. I figured being damp from the pool would be a bit brisk when I was done. I have a few windows open in the house now and it is somewhat cool at 62. I draw the line at socks though..... I'm waiting for the toes to turn blue before I cover them up lol. Have a good day! 7
