We don't celebrate Thansgiving here, but I'd like to do it at least once, it could be fun (so who's going to invite me for Thanksgiving? )

This year T day is in limbo for my family due to some family issues.  Not sure if we will celebrate or not.  But normally I share most of the cooking with my sister and each of us cook enough food to feed a small nation for a week.

 

What is your favorite holiday side dish?

Fave sides include:  Maple-ginger sweet potatoes, braised Brussels sprouts, and cranberry ginger relish.
