tim, the Birthday Poem was gorgeous. You can tell how much you value dughlas' friendship in it. Splendid.

As for the second one. It strikes a chord with me as well. It feels like an author who has found their story was taken by another. I don't know the circumstances behind why you wrote it, but I'll stand behind you in support. (Also, the imagery of the elves, was cool.)

As for the second, I hope it doesn’t mean someone is, literally, stealing your words. Waste of time, though, because only you can do them justice.

Two powerful and emotive poems. The first like sunshine warm and bright , a timeless tribute to a friend . The second , like a storm dark , damning and potent.
