timmy's poetry - 78. Chapter 78
1
Who are you, was your question to me
use the mirror, but it's hard to see
the stranger there he just stares right back
though familiar, he is nobody
2
we are all just nameless faces
alone in our self-made universe
and around us we gather friends
like stars clustered in galaxies
it's said we are no one until
someone loves us
we come together and cling on
only then we are points of brilliant light
3
Now I lay down the proverbial pen
There is no more that I can say
No more will I bother your patient eyes
With poems that lay flat and say nothing
It's obvious they move no one
Please do not tell me you're sad
Because this chore is gone from you
Rejoice that my pen
Is finally
mute.
