1.
The universe showered us in its wisdom
Bringing together two bright lights
It showed us the way, gave us each other
Bestowed the gift of Sight, to better see around us
Granted us Clarity, to behold what was always there,
the Wisdom to pluck the fruit,
and finally taste it.
2.
Today i can finally see, the you ive never seen before
When i opened up, spoke my mind; you helped me cope
Finally i laid at your feet; with firm hands you raised me up
To show me i’m not less than you, but your partner in this dance
