They say you cannot see the forest for the trees
And I could not see life, because of my misery
After all the years I’ve lived, I finally feel alive
I don’t want to question the wherefore or why
Life seen from a different angle doesn’t seem so bad
Somewhere along the highway I’d lost what made it real
Is this a second chance being offered to me?
