I frequently have vivid hyper-realistic dreams but some are more odd than others. Last night I had a very strange dream and vivid dream and can still remember the main details. Crazy Life!

Wow, how the time flies. It's hard to believe that Baby J is just under 2 months shy of celebrating his first birthday! He is so active and is crawling, pulling himself up, and walking along the couch (or anywhere else as long as he has something or someone to hold onto!) This week I began a new workout regimen. I was sick of excuses I make when I can't make it to the gym, so I wanted something I can do anywhere. No excuses then, right? I planned out a mostly bodyweight routine.
