I'm trying. Although I expected the story not to get as many reads and reactions as my usual stuff, I was pleasantly surprised. I always change my profile banner to whatever story's posting or about to post, and I share images and websites I find interesting while researching/writing. With this one, I have 3 more character inspirations to share, and an image that influenced what happens to Lt. Hoyt.

I obviously didn't follow Albron's drawing exactly, but it definitely inspired the tattoo's coloring.

Either a big butt or a magical touch to work that much detail into something a couple of inches long.

You do realize the last CJ story finished posting just 3 weeks ago, right?

Anyway, Newport was the 3rd story in the Summer of '22 series within a series. (Sort of the same thing I did covering CJ's college years in 4 books.

Capitol Hill is the 6th one covering the summer after Mexico. I'm skipping 4 and 5 for now but will return to them eventually. While those two will have implications for the future, they'll end up being one or two chapters each. The upcoming one's 5 chapters and conveniently March has 5 Fridays.
