Brings echoes to the mind of the esoteric / hermetic principle , ‘ as above , so below ‘ , how we all dance a fixed pattern in our lives and relationships , just like the heavenly bodies do and vice versa. 

Yes, "some things just are, as they will be", no matter the pull of gravity, nor the rolling of tides, nor the will for something unreachable. your poetry always gets to the core of it, tim. you have a gift of expression. 

only by not coming together can we see each other's light and recognize our existence - I am not sure if your wonderful lines are about love or life or both - but thank you

i write poems to speak my feelings, but often what i feel is not what readers do... poetry is what it means to the one reading it... what does it mean to you? thanks so much for your support.. it means a lot xo

what it means to me? I see a dance of stars and moons before me - revolving around each other, getting closer - moving away from each other like lovers, like people we meet in life

I see attraction and feelings at work which get in the way (I am not sure I am saying this right) which draw us apart and hurt us

And I do know that knowing about one another does not always help, sometimes it is more of a curse than a blessing.

sometimes it is more a curse, but even though it's hard, i'd rather the hurt than the never having known you at all .. thanks for sharing xo

I read this a couple times and it is a beautiful poem. Opposite but complimentary forces. The whole truth of it is in the last line. 

You’re going to think I’m nuttier than I am, but read out loud, I could see it being interpreted in dance. (I’ve probably been to one too many of these performances, but yeah..)
