Ok, my reworked guess is this. And let me tell you, it was a lot more challenging doing a strategic shuffle of two people's work than it was to just make a plain guess, but that's what I'm doing this year:

Hint of the century: In my most popular story "Big Paws" I use song names as chapter titles. And I even (more or less) quoted a line of the song (that line sticks out rather oddly, trust me  ) And of course I thought about "What stuff does Jack actually write?" before I packed it all into the story.  Hey, I WANT to be recognized!

Pro-tip. I can't write in the third person.  I mean I can, but it has to be background characters, I'm totally unable to pull off a third person narrative for the long haul. It's something I'm working on but in no hurry to fix.
