I tried doing this the other day but ended up smacking my head on a wall, but with a little more practice I reckon I can nail it.

I love it, but I'd probably kill myself if I ever tried doing that.  I have a treadmill in the house, but it's only used for my three-mile walks and doesn't include any of the acrobatics.

Another example of this fitness thing getting out of control.  People are always talking about "getting in shape"....don't they realize that round IS a shape?  :2thumbs:  :lmao:

I wouldn't expect any of you mature adults to try this :lol: small slips by any of you you'd dislodge a hip bone or break a knee I was aiming more at the younger members of the site.

I wouldn't expect any of you mature adults to try this :lol: small slips by any of you you'd dislodge a hip bone or break a knee I was aiming more at the younger members of the site.

 

I just wanted to point out that since you are at the age of 20, my two boys consider you to be old... :P

I loved this... the 'mime' moves were awesome. I'm glad I'm not the only one who dances on their treadmill. I sure as hell can't do that, though!! Thanks for the entertainment.

One is supposed to have beaten up Senator Harry Reid.

 

It was either the treadmill on the Vegas mafia was showing their displeasure with his work on their part.

What you see of his face (and eye damage, was nothing compared to the rest of his injuries. I'm voting mafia or Chinese mobsters on this one! (And yeah, Reid has been involved with Chinese "investors".)

That boy is family! Straight people can't dance like that! He's cute, but I wonder if he's housebroken yet....

 

At my gym there's this drag queen who get's on the thread mill -no tits, no makeup, no heels- and practices her whole damn routine. A bunch of us stare, wondering what song she's performing to and how she manages to dance and not fall on her ass. The other thing a couple of my friends and I have wondered is how often she haves to shave her chest, by Friday there's usually a 5'o clock shadow on it :rofl:

He's obviously gay, and pretty damn hot. I'll try it if he agrees to teach me personally. :D
