75 is considered a Heatwave over in the UK, and that's perfect weather for me. LOL

We don't have or need AC here in Northern California. But ... our heat is set at 62F. That's because gas is EXPENSIVE, and layering up is fine.

This past Dec/Jan during our two weeks of winter, mine was on 65 for the duration. Plenty warm. 🥵

My goodness, that’s 17°c. Our central heating kicks in at that even if we don’t have the timer on.  Have to say, though, I quite fancy that. It’s 23.00 here in Spain and it’s 80°F with air con on all day.   We turn it off at night and more or less cope with ceiling fan. This week the max temps are going to be around 95°-100°F. It’s the first August we have spent entirely in Valencia in 20 hrs.  We head to France and UK in September…. With the wiener dogs 😱

Yeah... that was fun switching over from AC to heat. Gotta love that burnt-dust-in-the-ducts smell  stanking up the place. I actually pulled out the sweatshirts and long-sleeved shirts. 

But in general, Florida has become too overcrowded, overdeveloped, and overheated in the summers. I'm not a fan of heat index temps of over 100 for nearly four straight months.

Indeed. My saving grace is that I work from home, so I don't have to deal with it most days.

Happy Thursday... not up to much today (what's new? lol)  Cicadas are already up and buzzing so it'll be warm today. Feels kinda humid. 
But we have some doctors appointments today so i have to put clothes on, which is a drag. Anyhoo. I'll be around later.
