It's hard, but people who judge you need to be ignored and preferably, locked out of your life. Always remember you have nothing to prove to those who truly  care about you, because they'll care about no matter what  

Oh tim ... 

if we cannot shoulder your pain, let us give you hugs and kisses to provide balm for your heart ...

I'm so sorry I wasn't there  at the Cheer-Up party, tim.  I'll repeat what Lyssa said, you don't need to prove anything, especially to that jackass. 

I wanted to quote Viola Davis from the movie The Help..."You is smart, you is kind" etc.   Those who know you, love you. The one who tried to bring you down, wanted to make themselves feel better. Ignore them.  We ALL know your worth and we've got your back. Don't let that person rain on your parade!! 

tim, just by being the one you are, you shine a light into our world, and you give purpose and contentment to your man. We all appreciate you, and I for one am honored to be able to call you friend.
