Once you hit 50, your birthday celebration lasts for 1 entire month.

These are the rules. 

I'm not saying which category you fall into, and I am sorry that your other half isn't feeling good, but there's plenty of time for him to recover and join in with the wild partying. I'm sure your wieners won't need any convincing to get rowdy.

It's been awhile. 

Currently, we are working through a devastating loss. Our Danny passed away several days ago after a brief illness. 

tim is ... I don't know, heartbroken, grieving, as am I. 

He is online sometimes, but likely won't say much for a while. I do hope you'll read his anthology story and leave your thoughts on it.  That would make him smile a little.

My heart goes out to both of you, and all who knew how special Danny was. Grieving is a process, and may you both stay strong for each other during this time. I can only echo @kbois comment, and my thoughts are with both of you, in a way words cannot express. I do realize how special Danny was to both of you. I am so very sad to hear about this sudden shocking situation. 😢

Thanks, all of you.   Your kind words and your thoughts does help. Sleeping and talking helps. The sun is out this morning, and we slept in to 10am.  Danny loved to sleep in and he loved bright sunny days. I feel a bit lighter this morning.

I managed to complete chapter 5 of my pet project today. Time change and my over active brain had me awake, so I thought i'd give writing something a try today.  Made myself a David's Tea, Forever Nuts, with a little maple syrup and a splash of almond milk, and wrote a couple of thousand words.  I think that I'll need another chapter to finish this story off.  It's a romantic ghost story ... 

I'm going to wake up my Husband and fix us some breakfast, I think.
